this hotel is superb! the staff are energetic and helpful always. the room had two big windows, this let in lots of light. the on-site restaurant is open for super late, it is very convenient. the mosque offers prayers, this helped me!
the bathroom had a small stain on the floor, i thought it could use an extra scrub.

the staff delivered prompt room service. the front desk offered quick solutions. the concierge assisted with detailed directions. all staff communicated effectively, so this made everything easy.

the beautiful double or twin room included a king-size bed. a mini-fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks. i found two plush bathrobes. the television had many international channels.

this hotel has great restaurants. i ate at the lebanese place and it was great. the resort grounds are pretty. there are many options for eating. the seafood restaurant had great food.

ahmed saied assisted me very well. the hotel grounds looked beautiful. i felt well looked after.
the staff did not tell me where all the restaurants were. i was not informed about cable cars for transport around the complex. i found this a very slight inconvenience.

the location was acceptable..
My room was not as clean as i expected. There was dust in several places and the bathroom had some grime. the staff in the restaurant seemed miserable and not at all attentive to the guests. the service there was very poor indeed.
