The hotel offers a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with clean rooms and a nice view or swimming pool. However, there were some issues with the bed setup and the service was not up to standard.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. While the location was convenient and accessible to many attractions in Cairo, the noise from the lounge area was quite bothersome, and the room cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff, particularly Salwa, provided excellent service, but some members were incompetent and unfriendly. Overall, it was an okay stay with some improvements needed.
My stay at Almasa 2 was truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making our vacation pleasant. However, due to wedding reservations, there was a need to isolate guests in separate rooms.
The hotel room I stayed in with my friend was clean and very comfortable, but it was unclean, with peeling paint, a useless TV remote control, and a small bathroom that made it challenging to shower. The noise from wedding reservations in nearby rooms was disturbing, and the fluctuating water temperature in the bathroom was frustrating. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional, making my check-in quick and pleasant. However, the location required a lot of effort from the staff and was not ideal. The dining experience, especially for breakfast, was poor, but the facilities like the pool were good. The price was reasonable, but there were some issues with value for money due to the room conditions.
The hotel offers multiple nice sitting areas outside the rooms, with great input from the manager. The Al Masa 2 room is perfect. Special thanks to the Front office Team and to Ms. Wafaa, Ms. Noha, and Ms. Staff were very helpful, particularly Menna Mohamed from the reception and Ahmed Tawfiq the bellman; however, they lack basic hospitality attitude. Location is extremely beautiful and relaxing, directly around the hotel in the middle of Nasr City; although not near any sights. Dining was very good, especially the fresh fruit, with a great breakfast experience. Thank you to all who made everything easy for the success of the conference and on behalf of my company.
The hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms, perfect gym and spa facilities, but was noisy, impacting overall satisfaction. The location offered isolation for a peaceful stay, near essential facilities and attractions. The dining experience, although charged extra, was abundant, especially in the breakfast restaurant. The facilities were commended for their quality.
